For pure laughs, this review is outstanding. It appears Kirk favors the tight slacks whether he's on the Enterprise or not. As far as "Rack Hansen" is concerned, I cannot comment because I am laughing too hard.

William Shatner is a top light comedy actor, these days. I like "Star Trek", but it seems obvious in retrospect that doing those films in the 80's and 90's held him back.
TJ Hooker is showing his range, no question.
